Long Lake Ranch is a deed restricted community located off State Road 54 in the Lutz area of Pasco County, Florida. This family friendly community is convenient to shopping, restaurants, Suncoast Parkway, Interstate I-75 and Tampa International Airport. At completion, the community will consist of 850 homes featuring both single family homes and townhomes. In 2015, Long Lake Ranch was named Tampa Bay’s Number One Community.
Our beautiful community boasts acres of conservation and wetlands. At its heart is a 40 acre lake where residents can fish and launch non-motorized boats. Amenities include a resort style pool with splash zone, tennis and basketball courts, multiple picnic areas with tables and grills, dog park and playgrounds for ages 2 - 12. A second pool with cabana is located in the townhome neighborhood.
The Long Lake Ranch Master Association is governed by a five member Board of Directors and boasts an active resident volunteer program. Volunteer opportunities abound for residents through the committees listed below. We encourage all residents to join our volunteer program.
- Spirit Committee - fosters a sense of community with community social events and publishing Long Lake’s official newsletter The Eagle.
- Architectural Control Committee (ACC) - reviews applications for exterior projects to homes and lots.
- Neighborhood Committees - work in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors regarding neighborhood specific matters and budgetary needs.
- Covenants Enforcement Committee - assists the Board in the compliance and fining process.
